The series tells the life of Our Lady from a historical point of view, starting from the narration of the canonical Gospels but also of the apocryphal ones and of the Tradition, without renouncing to face the most sacred dimension: the Marian dogmas, the miracles, the apparitions, the devotion that accompanies her since the very first times of the Christianity. Mary’s life has been a unique “crescendo” from every point of view: from a simple girl to one chosen by God, from the Mother of Jesus to a disciple of the Messiah and, finally, Mother and Queen, Protector and Advocate of Humanity. A special life during which Mary becomes more and more aware of her mission. Biblicists and anthropologists, historians and intellectuals, theologians and art historians will help to explain and understand the fundamental passages of this long journey as well as illustrate the way in which, over time, the thousand aspects of the “Mystery of Mary” have been interpreted…
